For a firm reservation, the guest must note the following:
For bookings up to 21 days prior to arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the travel price.
For bookings made more than 40 to 22 days before arrival, the guest pays 30% of the travel price.
The rest of the travel price must be paid 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation by the customer / cancellation costs:
You can withdraw at any time before the start of the journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs.
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before departure, 10% of the booked price (If you paid more, the amount will be refunded)
59 to 41 days before departure, 30% of the booked price
40 to 15 days before departure, 60% of the booked price
14 days until the start of the trip or if no show 100% of the booked price.
A deposit of 30% is required at all times.
