 This property is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Located 71 m from the beach of Nea Fokea in Chalkidiki, Villa Madeleine  has an outdoor pool with a furnished sun terrace surrounded by well-kept flower gardens. It offers studios with free WiFi and a balcony overlooking the Kassandra Bay or the garden.

Villa Madelaine complex is located on the outskirts of the resort of Nea Fokea. From the famous excellent fish taverns of the village you have a fantastic view of the wonderfully calm sea as well as the small sparsely lit fishing boats along the coast. The well-maintained villa is situated on a small hill above the coastal road, from which there is a magnificent view of nearby Kastro and the crystal-clear sea. Shopping and entertainment facilities as well as the sandy beach of Nea Fokea are approx. 70 m away.
